First of all this is not a Vegetable Themed Blog Site.  So what’s with the name? Simply put, as a teen I visited a sandwich shop and the name has been with me ever since and as a Redhead (I prefer Ginger), the reference refers to the color my hair used to be.  (Nowadays I depend on my Hair Stylist to recreate the look……thank you Doreen).

I’m a Wife, Mother of 2, and a blessed Grandmother of 4. I am an Event Planner and Interior Decorator. I’m also an official Keto Dieting enthusiast who has decided to embrace the notion that 60 is the new 40.  Can that be true? I’m willing to explore the possibilities.
